This is just a blog about me eating bagged vegetables. That dish up there? It’s a Hawaiian mix with quinoa, carrots, peas, and pineapple. Maybe other stuff, but I don’t really remember what I ate and it was <5 minutes ago. The function of the Greek yogurt on top is to cool the vegetables enough after coming out of the microwave that I can quickly plow them into my mouth. To confirm: I am eating at my desk at work. Aka my life is as sad as you think it is.
