Spruced up egg

Listen, I’ve been putting jalapenos on all my dishes of late and it’s really working out for me. I highly recommend it. Despite those little slices of heaven, this meal was pretty sad and I’m not really sure how healthy–it’s got one egg, feta cheese, & spinach on a thick toast of wheat bread smothered in butter. Overall, though, I ate some okay things today. A little plate of cheese, crackers, and grapes for lunch and some almonds later on in the day for snacks. I think I’m saving up for a scoop of ice cream later, though, after a poetry reading. Because waffle cone & mint chocolate chip ice cream in a five minute walking distance from where I’ll be is really hard to pass up.
